Highland Parcels is a brand new service provided by Menzies Parcels. We are dedicated to providing quality customer support, environmentally friendly delivery practices and are trusted to handle in excess of 14,000 parcel deliveries on a daily basis!
Highland Parcels is a surcharge busting, cost effective and convenient service available to customers who live in the coverage area (parts of Scotland that traditionally carry a surcharge for delivery services). It will also enable you to order from retailers that don’t deliver to your postcode.
To access this fantastic money saving service from Highland Parcels, you will need to register your details on our website and set your collection preferences. You can do this by clicking here.
Once registered you can nominate a convenient Menzies collection depot as a collection point, saving money on delivery to door services. Your chosen depot may be near your home, workplace or another convenient location on your daily or weekly commute. You can also select to have the delivery sent to your home for a slightly higher cost if this is more convenient.
When you register you will be provided with a unique identifier (HPBOX number), which you will use when you place an online order along with the Menzies Parcels Centre address. Example:

When your parcel arrives at Menzies you will receive an email informing of its arrival, providing you with a payment link for the collection service. Once you have paid your parcel will be sent to your nominated collection depot. The confirmation email will also allow you to choose to have your parcel delivered to your door if more convenient on this occasion (there is an additional charge for this service).
